Internal Sales & Process Support with French

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Duties:

• Contact potential clients by following up on incoming leads and making cold calls/emails

• Find key decision-makers and spark interest in new clients

• Help create training materials and work instructions

• Build good relationships with clients to gain their trust and loyalty

• Communicate with internal and external teams through email, phone, and CRM tools

• Work well with different teams across the company

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a BPO company

• Very good French (C1) and basic English (B1)

• Basic knowledge of supply chain management

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)

• Experience with ERP systems and good skills in MS Excel

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time well

• Comfortable making a lot of calls daily

• Good communication skills (written and spoken)

• Works well with different teams

• Basic understanding of KPIs and SLAs
