HR Assistant, Administration Specialist - German required

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international company from the BPO/SSC sector, we are looking for candidates for a position in customer service - administrative-HR sector.

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • Management of personal data and employee records
  • Management of other documents and data
  • Providing customer service in accordance with established policies
  • Assisting in the creation of documents and their corrections
  • Approval and processing of benefit claims and other claims issued by employees
  • Processing claims for accuracy
  • Assist with payroll and overtime accounting
  • Provision of data for payroll
  • Verifying the accuracy of the data contained in the system
  • Management of employee data and systems
  • Reporting to the business client

The employer expects:

  • communicative knowledge of German
  • communicative knowledge of English
  • minimum level B2/C1 required
  • experience in customer service and administrative work
  • Technical, administrative and business support
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to develop professionally in the HR direction
