Customer Service Specialist with French - order processing

For our BPO/SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in an international structure.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing changes, price sheets and preparing quotes, etc.
• Creating training programs and other documents
• Creating work instructions
• Supporting the team in other tasks
• Handling instant messaging chat, phone, email, teams
• Suggesting improvements
• Cooperation with other people in the company/department

Requirements:

• good knowledge of English Minimum b1
• Good knowledge of French Minimum b2
• Knowledge of both languages is required
• Availability to work full time
• Education in the field or work experience, will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP specialized systems
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word programs
