First line of technical support - working with German language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Position tasks:

• Receiving requests from German-speaking customer (email, phone, chat)
• Responding to inquiries from customers
• Building and maintaining positive relations with the customer
• Finding and proposing solutions related to the problem reported by the customer
• Understanding the customer's problem
• Proposing solutions adequate to the problem
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Freedom in communication
• Referring problems to the second line of support when the situation cannot be resolved
• Creating documentation
• Reliable performance of assigned duties

Requirements for candidates:

• German language skills: b2/c1 and English language skills: b2/c1
• a minimum of one year of experience in the industry, related to the help desk
• ease of communication in the above foreign languages
• ability to handle phone and email and chat on an ongoing basis
• availability to work full time - 40 hours per week
• Ability to prioritize activities
• independence in action, responsibility
• openness to new professional challenges
