For our Client -- international IT company -- we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of Senior Business Analyst.

Location: Warsaw
Job type: Contract B2B -- 12 months +
Rate: 800 -- 960 net PLN + VAT/ day

Key Skills:

• Analyst should have a technical background to be able to participate in technical discussions in addition to the business level needs in order to generate requirements based on technically generated prototypes, white papers, and wiki postings
• Analyst should be able to generate drafts of new requirements without extended oversight and with marginal interaction with the technical team.
• Analyst should be able to create detailed technical requirements of software requirement, user stories/epics, and use case formats with a rapid turn around and short term lead up time.
• Analyst should be able to come up to speed rapidly on understanding of existing transaction processing system and inventory management system (order management, status transitions and order fulfillment).
• Work with business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of business functionality and requirements throughout the SDLC across product releases.
• Lead groups in analyzing, designing, and implementing business requirements.
• Provide rapid turnaround of new requirements artifacts.
• Strong multi-tasking skills for multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications associated with formalized SDLC.
• Manage requirements throughout SDLC.
• Use Case Development, Software Requirements Specifications, Functional Specifications, Doors, UML, Agile
• Must be familiar with packaged application software and MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
