Key Responsibilities:
* Interact with Global Practice & Operational representatives to collect and organize their requirements.
* Design management, quality or performance metric dashboards based on Tier1/Tier2 KPIs along with other specific metrics covering the end-to-end Global Services business activities.
* Coordinate Change Request deliveries in a project mode with all stakeholders and obtain final approval from Global Practices & Global and/or Regional Delivery leaders.
* Support Delivery teams with change management activity associated to the deployment of a newly designed/refined metric dashboard.
* Ensure compliance of delivered metrics with global standards, corporate guidelines & models provided by Business & IT Transformation and Quality Teams.
Qualifications:
Senior or well experienced professional on Global Services domain (with 5 to 10 years of experience in the realm of Managed & Operate or Care & Maintain, i.e. Software Handling or Hardware Services) AND/OR on Metric & KPIs reporting development (with several years of experience in the realm of Information Technology, having had a particular focus on Reporting & Data Warehouse) is required for this position:
* Understanding of Business KPIs for Telecom industry in general
* Strong expertise in KPIs Reporting Management
* TABLEAU Software (or similar visual application ie ClickView) and / or Remedy applications (Business Objects) are pre-requisite.
* Microsoft Access or outstanding Excel skills and SQL language can also be leveraged
* PMI is a plus
* Leader role, driving direction of the project/work
* Ability to work collaboratively with other cross-functional organizations
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, capable to work in an international environment
* Able to influence and negotiate
* Fluent English mandatory (both oral and written)
