For our Client, the global company from consumer electronics sector, we are looking for motivated, engaged and ambitious Candidate for the position of Regional Business Controller A&P.
As a Regional Business Controller A&P you will be responsible for advertising and promotion control and management as well as Return On Investment. It means you will be dedicated to financial management including the governance, evaluation, financial control, provisions, reporting, tracking, forecasting and planning for all countries within the Regional Cluster (East). You will act as liaison with Category Teams and Management to ensure commitments are followed through with purchase orders in timely manner. What is more, you will be a Business Partner to Branch Management and Category Head in the area of Ad&Pro, working also with European stakeholders. You will provide financial support necessary to enable marketing team to be accountable and responsible for their business and support the monthly and yearly forecasts process to ensure accuracy of the planning. You will have a chance to develop and improve business navigation tools/schemes to support European wide project development. One of the purposes of this role is also management on all topics with potential P&L impact (included but not limited to Marginal Profit business management, commercial Investment, A&P, etc).
To be successful in this role you will have to have at least 2-3 years' experience at similar position (preferably in FMCG, Pharma or Retail sectors), Master's Degree in Finance, fluent English and experience in working with SAP. If you have experience of working across European business within multi-cultural working environment and you are holding a position in core finance process area controlling, don't hesitate to apply! It's also crucial to present advanced Excel skills and have experience in commercial reporting and analysis.
