Customer Service Specialist with Latvian

Customer Service Specialist Specialist will be supporting market's prospect clients by daily phone contact with regards to Company's financial services. Apart from that, person on this position will be responsible for providing top notch customer service and support for the clients. On top of that the Specialist will handle chat, applications as well and e-mails with regards to Company's standards.

Our Client is looking forward to meeting candidates who are interested in professional development on investment market/capital market. Fluency in Latvian is a must -- preferably native speakers. Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance would be an asset bur are not mandatory as well as first experience in telesales (call/contact centres) or customer service. Perfect Candidate for this position would have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as openness to working in a dynamic but challenging environment.
