Senior Business System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced senior Business Analyst/System Analyst with experience in the Insurance domain to join a hybrid team. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that meet business needs while ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

• Type of project: Insurance domain
• Office location: Poland, Wroclaw
• Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days at office
• Budget: b2b 110-130 PLN net/h
• Project length: Long-term
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate"s availability)

Project scope:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and solution design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving
• Expertise in solution design and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills at various levels of seniority
• Experience in the Insurance domain is necessary
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (nice to have)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Very good English skills
