Business Development Representative with German

An innovative cybersecurity platform is expanding its commercial team and is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support growth in the German-speaking market, with potential involvement in Northern Europe.
The role offers the opportunity to work in an international, fast-paced environment within the cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, social selling, and networking
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings to present cybersecurity solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to design and execute targeted outreach strategies
• Monitor and report key performance indicators, including scheduled meetings and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Collect and share market and prospect feedback to support product and messaging improvements

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
