Internal Controls Process Analyst

We are seeking an Internal Controls Process Analyst to strengthen the accuracy, transparency and efficiency of our finance operations. This role is key to monitoring post-month-end activities, analyzing data for leadership reporting and ensuring high-quality outputs from the Shared Services Center (SSC). The analyst will also play a pivotal role during our SSC transition and stabilization, helping to build standardized processes and global consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Review consolidated results, FX exposures and intercompany reconciliations after month-end close

• Track and report KPIs (A/R, A/P, cash flow, margins), providing insights for leadership decisions

• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; draft and maintain standardized policies and procedures

• Evaluate SSC outputs (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) for accuracy, timeliness and completeness

• Support SSC transition by monitoring KPIs, harmonizing the Chart of Accounts and ensuring IFRS compliance

• Collaborate with SSC teams, local accountants and group finance to resolve discrepancies and enhance efficiency

• Contribute to automation and performance-tracking tool implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

• 5+ years' experience in accounting, consolidation or financial analysis, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment

• Previous exposure to Chart of Accounts harmonization, process design and policy creation

• Hands-on experience with SAP

• Track record of working with large data sets and producing clear, actionable insights

• Fluency in English
