It assistant at Frontex

For our client -European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:

IT Assistant in Equipment and Logistics Division/Logistics Unit/Central Logistics Support Sector

Tasks:

• Oversee ICT workload management, ensuring the team's capacity to handle:
• Peak periods and fluctuating demands
• Urgent or unexpected changes in workload minimizing disruptions and maintaining productivity
• To provide IT support to the users of logistics applications and systems
• Providing basic troubleshooting of logistics applications and systems, and other fleet management IT services;
• Support the Fleet stock control, assets distribution and inventory checks;
• Providing the basic infrastructure support related to maintenance of the end users' logistics applications and systems services;
• Perform a range of administrative tasks, including:
• to provide administrative support in general administrative procedures for distribution and deployment of Vehicles and management of logistics applications and systems.
• to carry out data entry and support and administration and monitoring of electronic databases
• to support the preparation and follow-up of shipments/transportation/deployment of vehicles and vehicle related equipment.
• to assist in the preparation of statistical data (tables,graphs and charts)
• to monitor functional mailboxes and communicate with internal and external parties
• to provide basic support in logistics applications and systems and administration and support to the users on IT related incidents/ problems/ well-known errors (helpdesk support)
• to manage user accounts.
• to prepare and follow-up reports such as Supporting fleet balance and shortages

Requirements:

• At least 2-year experience in a similar position,
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English min.B2 - work completely in English
