HR Operations & Payroll Specialist with German

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Responsibilities:

• Timely and efficient handling of requests related to HR processes

• Accurate logging of employee and client inquiries in the ticketing system

• Independently resolving reported issues and maintaining ongoing communication with clients

• Performing follow-up actions in case of ticket escalations

• Participating in client meetings regarding HR processes and their optimization

• Answering incoming calls on the service helpline and providing first-level support

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and German (C1) - both written and spoken

• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or payroll and personnel administration

• Secondary education required; a university degree will be considered an advantage

• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and independently resolve issues

• Willingness to participate in client meetings and consistently meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and good understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good command of MS Excel and Word

• Well-developed communication and analytical skills
