For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing HR-related requests in a timely and accurate manner, while keeping clients regularly informed about the status of their cases

• Accurately logging and classifying inquiries in the ticketing system, and routing them to the appropriate teams

• Taking full ownership of client issues and responding effectively to escalations

• Actively engaging in client meetings to discuss processes and resolve issues

• Delivering professional support via the service hotline for incoming inquiries

• Achieving set performance goals and ensuring compliance with established SLA metrics

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level

• Fluent command of German at the C1 level

• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word, as well as systems such as SAP PHR, Workday, and ticketing platforms

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to anticipate client needs and take proactive actions

• Accuracy and awareness of data protection regulations (GDPR)

• Effective time management and the ability to work in a multitasking environment

• Experience in direct client service and timely completion of assigned tasks

• Minimum secondary education
