Customer Account Specialist with German – hybrid mode in Łódź

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Job Description:

• Reaching out to potential clients and establishing long-term relationships built on trust

• Identifying key decision-makers and generating interest in the offerings

• Addressing and resolving complex issues

• Working closely with clients and other deprtments to resolve concerns efficiently

• Developing and maintaining training materials and guidelines

Requirements:

• A least 1 year of experience in a BPO setting

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus

• Proficient in German (C1) and intermediate English (B1)

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Solid understanding of supply chain management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively

• Strong communication skills when working with internal customers

• Experience in customer interactions is a plus

• Experience in conducting training and creating knowledge bases is an advantage
