OTC Operations Specialist with Italian - hybrid in Łódź

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Your responsibilities:

• Cash collection

• Posting incoming payments and reconciling accounts

• Managing deductions and credit items

• Releasing blocked orders

• Preparing and posting manual payments

• Internal and external reporting

• Credit management

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in Italian and English at B2/C1 level

• University degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant certifications/courses (preferred)

• At least 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in the OTC domain

• Solid understanding of accounting principles

• Experience working with SAP

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Proactive approach to problem solving and understanding customer needs

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
