For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:
Your main responsibilities:
Depending on the assigned tasks, your role will involve working in either the Accounts Payable or Collections department.
Accounts Payable (AP) Department:
Collections Department:

Managing the debt collection process

Contacting clients to clarify outstanding payments

Initiating written and verbal communication to recover receivables
Requirements:

At least one year of experience in the OtC area (collections or customer service) or AP (accounts payable)

Educational background in finance, accounting, or completion of relevant courses will be an additional asset

Experience in report preparation

Good knowledge of Excel

Strong communication and analytical skills

Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to tasks
