Sales Process Specialist with German - hybrid mode in Łódź

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Job Description:

• Reaching out to potential customers and building strong, trust-based relationships

• Identifying key decision-makers and generating interest

• Developing and updating training materials and work instructions

• Addressing and solving complex issues

• Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment

• Strong understanding of supply chain management

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)

• Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B1)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication skills with internal customers

• Experience in customer interaction is a plus

• Experience in training and creating knowledge bases is a plus
