What you'll be doing:
* Supporting end-to-end supply chain operations in the aerospace industry
* Managing demand analysis, orders, quotations, and export control
* Collaborating closely with the Front Office and other stakeholders to clarify and update orders
* Keeping stock levels optimized in SAP
* Documenting processes and sharing best practices
* Participating in internal and client meetings
* Communicating daily with suppliers and clients in Spanish and English
* Meeting performance KPIs and maintaining SLA targets
* Identifying and suggesting process improvements
What we're looking for:
* Background or experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain
* Experience in customer service or negotiation roles
* Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
* Readiness to interact with clients via email and phone
* Team player with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Spanish language skills - minimum C1
* English - minimum B2
* Familiarity with SAP is a plus
