What will you do?
???? In Collections (OtC):

Monitor outstanding payments and take action to recover them

Contact clients to verify payment status

Send reminders and manage follow-ups with professionalism and empathy
???? In Accounts Payable (AP):
You don't need to have experience in both areas - we'll tailor your responsibilities to your strengths!
What we expect from you:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Accounts Payable
✅ Educational background in Finance/Accounting or relevant courses
✅ German at C1 level - you'll use it daily
✅ English at a minimum B2 level
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
✅ Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
