Junior Finance Specialist – Collections (German-speaking) - relocation to Łódź

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Your main responsibilities:

• Processing PO and NON-PO invoices in the VIM system

• Email and phone communication with stakeholders

• Monitoring and managing overdue payments

• Contacting clients to clarify payment status

• Sending reminders and performing collection activities

What do we expect from you?

• At least 1 year of experience in one of the following areas: collections, customer service, or accounts payable

• Educational background in finance/accounting or completed accounting courses (an asset)

• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

• Ability to work with Excel

• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach
