Sales Process Associate – German Market (relocation to Łódź)

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

What you'll be doing:

As a Sales Process Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic sales support team. Your main focus will be reaching out to potential clients, managing inbound leads, and keeping communication flowing between teams and clients. You'll play a key role in the sales process --- from generating interest to maintaining long-term partnerships.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Following up on inbound leads, making outbound calls, and emails
• Identifying decision-makers and introducing them to our services
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Supporting the creation of training materials and work instructions
• Using CRM and ERP tools to manage data and interactions
• Collaborating with internal and external teams

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or corporate environment
• Fluency in German (C1 or above) and good English (B1+)
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Comfortable making multiple client calls per day
• Skilled in MS Excel and working with ERP systems
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Team player, proactive, and customer-focused
