Billing & Collections Specialist with German and English - hybrid in Łodź

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Duties:

• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with SLA/KPI requirements
• Conduct cash collection activities, manage payment methods, process manual invoices, generate reports, and follow up on outstanding items
• Respond to email and phone inquiries
• Update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in German (C1/C2) and at least intermediate proficiency in English (B2)

• Bachelor's degree

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or a related field in Finance & Accounting

• Strong skills in Excel, including report creation, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
