Supply Chain Operations Specialist (Spanish-speaking) - hybrid mode

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Duties:

• Manage supply chain tasks in aeronautics: PR analysis, PO management, quote creation, export control, material sales, material substitution, return orders, delivery dates, missing parts, and dispute resolution

• Work closely with Front Office/focal points for clarifications and updates

• Optimize stock levels in SAP

• Document processes and best practices

• Attend and participate in team and customer meetings

• Communicate with suppliers and clients daily

• Meet business targets and SLAs

• Ensure process efficiency and high quality

• Identify areas for process improvement

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing roles or negotiations

• Willingness to engage with clients (via phone/email) and a proactive approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and manage ad-hoc assignments

• Additional experience or educational background in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus

• Language proficiency: Spanish - C1, English - minimum B2

• SAP knowledge is a nice-to-have
