AR Process Specialist – German Speaker - hybrid/Łódź

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Duties:

• Perform cash collection tasks, oversee payment options, process manual invoice entries, prepare financial reports, and track overdue balances
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain and regularly update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes
• Ensure all responsibilities are carried out in alignment with SLA and KPI requirements

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and communicative in English (minimum B2 level)

• University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or similar financial roles

• Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including reporting, VLOOKUP, and pivot table functionality
