For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Job Description:

• Reaching out to potential clients

• Identifying key decision-makers and sparking interest

• Establishing long-term relationships with clients built on trust

• Addressing and resolving complex challenges

• Working closely with clients and stakeholders to swiftly resolve issues

• Developing and maintaining training materials and guidelines

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus

• Strong German (C1) and intermediate English (B1) skills

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Solid understanding of supply chain management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently

• Effective communication skills when interacting with internal customers

• Experience in customer service is an advantage

• Experience in training and developing knowledge bases is a bonus
