Senior Indirect Sourcing Process Lead with French

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect or direct categories (e.g., IT, marketing, logistics, facility services).

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including RFI/RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.

• Manage and optimize relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

• Support category management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement practices.

• Conduct spend analysis, supplier performance reviews, and risk assessments.

• Collaborate with German-speaking teams and stakeholders on procurement-related projects and daily operations.

• Fluent French (minimum B2/C1) and very good English (minimum B2) - essential for daily communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

• 3-5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management - preferably in an international or SSC environment.

• Solid understanding of procurement processes, vendor lifecycle, and sourcing methodologies (RFI, RFP, RFQ).

• Proven track record in contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to analyze spend data, identify trends, and drive improvements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to build strong business relationships across departments and regions.

• Experience with procurement systems/tools such as SAP, Ariba,
