Finance Specialist (Accounts Receivable) with Slovak and English

For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Duties:

• Handling client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Managing cash collection, including following up on outstanding payments and overseeing open items.

• Posting and verifying invoices while minimizing overdue balances.

• Assisting the AR team in maintaining payment methods.

• Preparing financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Maintaining regular communication with clients to build and sustain strong business relationships.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (C1) and Slovak (C1/C2).

• Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite.

• 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in AR or another F&A field.

• Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team.

• Understanding of accounting principles is a plus.

• A degree in accounting/finance or relevant accounting courses would be an advantage.
