For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Job Description:

• Contacting potential customers
• Identifying key decision makers and generating interest
• Creating and updating training materials and instructions
• Building lasting relationships with customers based on trust
• Solving complex problems
• Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment
• Good knowledge of supply chain management
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
• Analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
• Good communication skills with internal customers
• Experience in dealing with customers will be an asset
• Experience in training and knowledge base development will be an asset
