Marketing Manager
Your responsibilities
- Management of people within the team and their development
- Management of subordinate product brands on the domestic market
- Developing concepts for new product lines, products and packaging and optimizing the existing portfolio
- Preparation of marketing plans, implementation and responsibility for the calendar of activities
- Co-creation and implementation of advertising campaigns -- cooperation with external agencies, media houses and graphic designers
- Ongoing market monitoring, analysis of consumer behavior and competitors' activities
- Market analysis in terms of consumer needs in order to develop the portfolio
- Initiating and supervising marketing research
- Planning and ongoing budget settlement
- Negotiating agency agreements within specific budgets
- Implementation of marketing research in cooperation with the Company's Head Office
- Preparing presentations for internal meetings and with clients
Our requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in a similar position in the marketing department in the FMCG industry
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level of at least B2 (constant contact with the Company's Head Office)
- Higher education -- preferred majors are marketing, economics
- Experience in preparing ATL, BTL marketing strategies
- Experience in the development of new products and NPD categories
- Commitment, creativity, communication skills and highly developed negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking skills and openness to new, non-standard solutions
- Active driving license category "B" -- readiness for business trips
