Project Manager

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Curently, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a hands-on mentality to join our team. This position is 100% remote, with occasional business trips to Germany (once every few months).

Project information:

• Location: 100% remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract or employment contract
• Remuneration: 155 - 175 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B
• Project language: English

Your daily tasks:

• Manage and lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery, and closing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Use Jira to track and manage project progress, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Implement and oversee Scrum and Agile practices within the team.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and outcomes.
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and project delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments (Scrum/Agile frameworks).
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to lead by example and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel to Germany for business purposes once every few months.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience bout creating documentation.
• Problem solving skills.
