• Working hours: Mon-Fr (business working hours)
• Languages: English
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Remuneration: 18 000 - 20 000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supervising of ongoing operations in accounting team
• Ensuring compliance of procedures with accounting regulations
• Maintaining company's accounting records
• Monthly reporting of financial results for the Group
• Preparing forecasting reports and variances analysis
• Cooperating with other departments, external auditors, external tax advisors
• Participating in audits
• Supporting Board members in providing financial and accounting advises
• Proposing improvement solutions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an Chief Accountant
• Very good spoken & written English (at least B2 level)
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax regulations
• Knowledge of IFRS standards
• Ability to lead a team and build strong relationships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in the energy industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
