Functional Lead MS Dynamics 365 CRM

Currently, we are looking for Funtional Lead MS Dynamics 365 CRM for one of our globally-reaching clients.

Tasks:

• Translating end user requirements into software capabilities
• Working across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines.
• Working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborate positively and inclusively within large teams.
• Working with Power Apps/Power Automate

Requirements:

• 7 years + experience in similar roles, working with D365 CRM

• Strong preference for finance sector experience
• Proven experience of translating end user requirements into software capabilities
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and organised. Ability to prioritise carefully, working across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal. Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Great team player. Must be able to collaborate positively and inclusively within large teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems.
• Experience of building POCs/presales.
• Experience of Power Apps/Power Automate
• Agile delivery experience
• Experience of working with sensitive data and complex access/security models

• Experience of working with integrations across multiple platforms
