Senior Infrastructure Analyst

Your daily tasks:

• Coordination of RUN activities related to Citrix/AVD technologies for the USA customer.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the systems.
• Supporting the RUN team in resolving critical incidents.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

• 5- 7 years of commercial experience working as infrastructure analyst
• Citrix Expertise: Proficiency in Citrix technologies, including Citrix versions 6.5 and 7.15, as well as familiarity with Citrix Cloud. Knowledge of Appsense versions 8.6 to 10.9 is a plus.
• Presentation Server Knowledge: Experience with Presentation Server versions 4.0 and 4.5.
• Active Directory: Strong understanding of Active Directory and its integration with Citrix environments.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration and interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• AVD Familiarity: Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Previous Experience: Previous experience in RUN and Lead Engineer roles.
