Business customer service with German language (internal sales department) hybrid job

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Your responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with the company's business customers
• Taking care of the positive image of the company
• Execution of sales plans, designated for the position
• Researching customer needs and responding to their suggestions
• Conducting outbound and inbound calls
• Actively updating the needs of the company's customers and responding to those needs
• Proposing appropriate solutions, individually tailored to the customer
• Ensuring that customer data in the system is accurate and up-to-date
• Reporting sales results

Our requirements:

• A minimum of one year's experience in sales - inside sales, will be an added advantage for the candidate
• Knowledge of the German language at the C1 level
• Knowledge of English at the B2 level
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Motivation to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships
• Ability to negotiate and persuade customers
• Independence and responsibility for assigned duties
