Sales Manager, I-cloud industry (hybrid work) Warsaw

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating a team of sales leaders 
• Increasing the performance of the sales team
• Managing the sales team
• Coaching and mobilizing employees
• Implementing effective sales strategies
• Communicating skills with each team member
• Creating individualized performance plans in order to
• Creating reports for the client
• Responsible for the team's performance against sales targets; implement sales execution process 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a team leader
• Required languages: German (C1) and English (B2)
• Bachelor's degree education - field of study is welcome
• Knowledge of specialized systems (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to build positive relationships with the company's clients
• Ability to manage the work of a team
• Decision-making
