Junior Sales Specialist (Internal Department) German language work

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with knowledge of foreign languages ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with the company's customers
• Updating customer needs
• Executing sales plans, set by the company
• Conducting outbound and inbound calls
• Actively searching for new customers
• Analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
• Ensuring that customer data in the system is accurate and up-to-date
• Reporting of sales results

Our requirements:

• Experience in the sales industry, internal sales departments welcome
• Knowledge of German at C1 level and English at B2 level - a requirement
• Ability to work under time pressure and achieve sales targets set by the client
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and identify customer needs
• Independence and responsibility for assigned duties
