AP Department Assistant - remote work with Italian language (starting immediately)

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in the finance and accounting department.

Responsibilities of the future employee:

• Preparation and posting of invoices in SAP system
• Entering accounting data into a specialized system
• Checking and updating invoices in the system and their current entry
• Preparing payment proposals for customers
• Responding to inquiries from suppliers (email contact)
• Performing accounting activities, related to the closing of the accounting period
• Preparing reports and other statements, for the needs of the business client
• Creating and updating process documentation

Requirements for candidates:

• English (B2/C1)
• Italian language (B2/C1)
• Work experience, related to the accounting industry (preferably AP department)
• Education in the field and knowledge of SAP - additional advantages for candidates
• Ability to use Excel
• Customer orientation
• Ability to build positive relationships with business clients
