Finance Analyst

• Level: Mid/ Senior

Responsibilities:

• Delivering effective financial control processes
• Providing reports for Account Team and for the client (glide path performance reporting, budget variance reporting, etc.)
• Supporting the commercial management and analysis (planning & forecasting, savings tracking, etc.)
• Participating in discussions conducted with clients (budget & forecast development)
• Providing monthly financial reporting (account performance reporting, commercial insight, risk management, etc.)
• Building strong relationships and supporting the client-side finance teams with regular reporting and dealing with any queries requested
• Analysing commercial and contractual aspects of the client account (e.g. savings initiative tracking, reconciliations, baseline control, business case reviews, etc.)
• Optimising the presentation and insight of finance reporting
• Ensuring that processes are compliant with policies and procedures
• Analysing ongoing trends and proposing corrective solutions
• Coopearting directly with Client Finance Manager

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good written & spoken English (B2/C1 level)
• Knowledge of MS Office package (mainly Outlook and Excel)
• Great communication skills & strong attention to details
