Entry-Level Position (Collections Specialization) - hybrid work with the German language - immediate start

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel, and we have been operating in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our headquarters are located in Poznań, and we also have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Wrocław. Currently, for our client, an international company in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for candidates for a position in the Finance and Accounting department.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments appearing on customer accounts.
• Contacting debtors to recover outstanding debts. Reporting and analyzing data.
• Preparing documents for business clients.
• Collaborating with the collections department by providing information about outstanding debts.
• Adhering to strict rules, standards, and legal regulations.
• Continuously expanding knowledge related to the position.
• Handling modern accounting software (SAP, Salesforce).

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of the German language (at least C1 level).
• Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level).
• Ability to acquire and specialize in existing skills. Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Skill in conducting conversations with business clients. Availability for full-time work.
• Desire for professional development in accounting, finance, and related fields
