Work for graduates (collections department) with German language (hybrid work).

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for positions in business customer service (finance and accounting industry).

Main tasks on the position

• e-mail contact with the company's customers, in German
  using English, for daily internal communication
• checking the correctness of data in customer accounts and their correction
• performing duties in the SAP system
• reminding about the necessity of payment (directing reminders to customers)
• checking the timeliness of receivables/payments
• transferring overdue payments to the debt collection department
• close cooperation with other employees in the company involved in the accounting process

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German (min. B1/B2)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Willingness to acquire and specialize existing skills
• Motivation for continuous learning and further training
• Ability to build long-term professional business relationships with business clients
• Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday
• Willingness to grow in accounting, finance and other related areas
