Junior business client assistant, accounting position with German language - starting now

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international company in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for candidates for positions in business customer service (finance and accounting industry).

Main responsibilities:

• monitoring accounts to identify receivables for services
• verification of data in the system and its correction
• making corrections to customer accounts and controlling their correctness
• contacting debtors to recover unpaid repayments
• preparing documents and minor translations, for the needs of the business client
• cooperating with people from the debt collection
• department and supporting other team members
• observing strict rules, standards and legal regulations and keeping them up to date
• operating modern accounting programs, such as SAP

Requirements:

• Knowledge of German and English (min. B2)
• Ability to acquire and specialize existing skills in Customer
• Service and willingness to further develop, in this direction
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with business customers
• Availability to work full-time, on a monthly basis
• Availability Monday through Friday (weekends off)
