Currently, for our client, an international company in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for candidates for a position in logistics support for a French-speaking client (remote work).
Job responsibilities include:
- Acting as an advisor to business clients of the company in the logistics field
- Adapting actions to the current needs of business clients
- Acquiring new clients for the company
- Cost optimization through effective project and procurement-related management
- Close collaboration with key team members in terms of procurement client support
- Managing and optimizing the company's risk
- Optimizing the Global Supply and Supply Chain Policy and processes
- Ensuring the correctness of the supply policy
- Managing and providing support for offers
- Negotiating commercial agreements
- Collaborating with the legal department to ensure the correctness of contracts
Requirements for candidates:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the procurement industry (mandatory requirement)
- Proficiency in French and English, allowing for fluent communication
- Spanish is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
- Ability to negotiate agreements with clients and tailor them to client needs
- Experience in conducting online Rfx and e-auctions
- Ability to maintain positive relationships and build a positive company image
