Logistics and Procurement Specialist for a French-speaking client (fully remote work)

We are an international recruitment agency founded in 1987 in Israel, and we have been operating in Poland since 2014. We specialize in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our headquarters are located in Poznań, and we also have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Wrocław.

Currently, for our client, an international company in the BPO/SSC industry, we are looking for candidates for a position in logistics support for a French-speaking client (fully remote work).

Job responsibilities include:

• Acting as an advisor to business clients of the company in the logistics field
• Adapting actions to the current needs of business clients
• Acquiring new clients for the company
• Cost optimization through effective project and procurement-related management
• Close collaboration with key team members in terms of procurement client support
• Managing and optimizing the company's risk
• Optimizing the Global Supply and Supply Chain Policy and processes
• Ensuring the correctness of the supply policy
• Managing and providing support for offers
• Negotiating commercial agreements
• Collaborating with the legal department to ensure the correctness of contracts

Requirements for candidates:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in French - minimum B2
• Proficiency in English - minimum B2
• Spanish is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
• Experience in negotiating business agreements
• Experience in conducting online Rfx and e-auctions
• Ability to maintain positive relationships and build a positive company image
