HRO Data Analyst, administrative work with German language - possibility to work remotely

Key responsibilities:

• Analysis of data, contained in documents and contracts
• Preparation of document templates and their correction in the system
• Preparing reports according to the guidelines directed by the client
• Attention to detail and performing document analysis
• Troubleshooting problems and making improvements, enabling
• Creating new reports to meet client needs
• Contacting business customers in German

The employer expects:

• communicative knowledge of German and communicative knowledge of English
• Minimum required level of both languages B2/C1 (ability to communicate freely required)
• Experience in customer service, HR, pay roll, administration
• Technical support, etc. of the client and other people in the team
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, full time
• Willingness to develop professionally in the direction of HR
