Administrative and accounting support in the international client department

We are an international recruitment agency founded in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. We are headquartered in Poznań and additionally have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, a multinational PBO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of accounting processes (accounts receivable department)
  • Participation in the migration of accounting processes and creation of a new accounting team
  • Supporting the team in the start-up activities
  • Generation of payment reminders and contact with customers in terms of payment (in German)
  • Issuing invoices and making adjustments in the SAP system
  • Correspondence with customers and other accounting departments in the company,
  • Preparation of analyses and accounting reports
  • Analysis of documents and verification of the data contained therein
  • Working in SAP and other specialised systems

Apply if:

  • You speak English and German at min. B2/C1 (knowledge of both languages required)
  • You have min. 1 year of experience in a similar position and/or have a good understanding of accounting receivables,
  • You are familiar with accounting systems and the way of working in accounting departments
  • You are familiar with SAP or salesforce
  • You have an analytical mind and pay attention to detail,
  • You are looking for new solutions to improve recruitment processes
