Business customer service in collections - hybrid work with German language

We are an international recruitment agency founded in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. We are headquartered in Poznań and additionally have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, a multinational PBO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• building positive relationships with customers, through
• telephone (to a lesser extent) and email contact (mainly)
• monitoring financial data in customer accounts
  analysing and updating data
• monitoring the status of receivables
• working in close cooperation with other persons involved in the process
• producing reports and other documentation on the basis of verified data
• This position requires contact only with colleagues in the company. This position does not require a lot of contact with business customers.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of German (min. C1)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Ability to use foreign languages
• Ability to communicate by e-mail in German (approx. 20-30% phone calls, the rest contact by e-mail)
• Ability to build long-term professional business relationships
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Openness to work in a hybrid mode from the Warsaw office
• Willingness to develop in accounting, finance and other related areas
• Experience is not required!!!
