Assistant in accounting department (job for graduates) - hybrid job with German language - starting immediately

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international company from the BPO/SSC sector, we are looking for candidates for a position in customer service - accounting industry.

Main responsibilities:

• monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments that appear on customer accounts
• contacting debtors with a view to recovering receivables
  reporting, analysing data
• preparing documents for the business client
• cooperating with persons from the debt collection
• department - reporting on arrears
• observing strict rules, standards and legal regulations
• updating knowledge related to the position taken
• operating modern accounting software (SAP, Salesforce)

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Ability to acquire and specialise existing skills
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Ability to conduct discussions with business customers
• Availability to work full time
• Willingness to develop in accounting, finance and other related areas
