Junior Accountant with German (OtC/PtP), remote working

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.
Currently, for our client, an international company from the BPO/SSC sector, we are looking for candidates for a position in customer service - accounting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support of basic accounting processes
• Supporting the accounting team
• Posting of sales documents in the system
• Assist with accounting processes
• Generation of payment reminders
• Contact with business customers in German
• Issuing invoices and correction documents,
• Correspondence with customers and other accounting departments in the company,
• Preparation of analyses and reports for the customer
• Working in SAP and other specialist systems

Apply if:

• You speak English and German at min. B2/C1
• Knowledge of and proficiency in both languages required
• Work experience related to accounting, minimum one year of industry experience
• An interest in the accounting industry
• Knowledge of accounting regulations
• You are well versed in SAP and Excel,
• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to detail
