Digital Marketing junior position with German language

We are an international recruitment agency established in 1987 in Israel and present in Poland since 2014. We specialise in permanent and temporary recruitment. Our head office is located in Poznań, in addition we have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław.

Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for the position of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Contacting customers through various channels -
• Responding to customer enquiries, via email, chat and telephone
• Responding to enquiries from the company's customers, depending on the form of the question sent
• Resolving technical problems with business customers
• Liaising with other team members involved in the process
• Informing customers of the rules and guidelines relating to advertising to business customers
• ensuring that customer advertisements meet the requirements and comply with company policy
• Providing guidance to customers on possible product changes

Expectations for candidates:

• knowledge of German at min. C1 level and English at min. B2 level - knowledge of both languages required
• ability to think analytically and to focus on and verify content and details
• interest in the broadly defined field of social media
• an interest in the advertising industry is welcome
• availability to work full time
• availability to work from Monday to Friday
